Develor consulting division
During the implementation of and preparation for training courses, we have also encountered a large number of problems the training alone did not and could not remedy. The work history of our trainers has added a vast amount of market and corporate experience to Develor’s knowledge base, which was completed at the training courses with information obtained from our clients.
Since 2000, the scope of services has been extended on a continuous and integral basis, adding non-training solutions. 2003 was the first year when we started to organise these services in a uniform format, and to use them for consciously building Develor’s consulting business.
The experience base and, certainly, professional qualification of our trainers constitute the background to consulting activity.
Develor’s consulting business focuses on the processes, competencies and tools that influence efficiency at individual and organisational levels.
As consultants, we are guided by the same pragmatism, i.e. practical applicability, as on delivering training. Our consultants themselves have also obtained long hands-on experience in various fields of the competitive sector, therefore they are aware of the problems not only in theory; and, similarly, the solutions recommended by them are not just theoretical but also viable in practice.
