Combined Programs

The name Combined program suggests that the classroom and meeting room pars of company gatherings and meetings - which are organized outside the city – are complemented by free, less formal, and energizing OutDOOR elements.

The advantage of combining rather serious and rather casual activities is that real-life tasks requiring little physical effort can help strip away the usual, stiff boundaries of formal meetings as well as strengthen workplace collectivity and encourage teamwork and deeper cooperation.

Combined programs, owing to their flexible module design and extensiveness and great variability of programs, provide the opportunity for development for all kinds of organizations and groups by always focusing on the goal of organizational development.

What kind of problems do these programs provide a solution for?

Between and after the theoretical sessions, Combined programs provide less formal activities for the participants which directly serve the goal of team- building.

Team-building tasks, which tap into the strength of collectively-gained, positive experience, provide long-lasting benefits to the teams at work.  By completing the tasks collectively, strained personal relations at the workplace are ironed out, and a strong cohesion is nurtured among the participants.

Combined programs are suggested:

  • when a company team participates in a company program outside the city in a theoretical, professional training
  • at management meetings and team gatherings
  • when team-building is the goal, but the age and physical condition of the team members are very different
  • when comprehensive training begins or concludes for a newly-established company community
  • if conflicts among the team hinder individual cooperation, and communication problems do not allow for another solution
