Develor Slovakia

 

DEVELOR Slovakia was established in August 2006. Prior to the establishment, DEVELOR Czech had already provided training courses in the region of the Slovak Republic. DEVELOR Slovakia provides top services in the area of i) sales, leadership, talent development and personal effectivity trainings, ii) performance coaching and iii) sales, HR and leadership consulting.

DEVELOR Slovakia offers measurable improvement to its clients by providing training courses and supplementary services that have long-term, positive impact on behaviour. This impact can be measured based on the employees’ level of skills and knowledge as well as in actual business results.

DEVELOR develops its products independently, and continuously updates the methodology, theoretical modules and practical components of its training courses by drawing on the latest knowledge available. Each year we launch several new products that are entirely unique on the market in order to satisfy and even anticipate client needs. Today the company offers its clients more than 50 different training courses, 10 complex development programs that incorporate a variety of methodological approaches, as well as a wide selection of customised coaching services and consulting services.

Key personnel

The managing director, Martin Kunc, is one of the founding Partners of DEVELOR in the Czech Republic. He started his career with DEVELOR in 2003. From 2000 to 2003 he pursued his career in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble in Budapest. In 1998 – 1999 he worked in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble in Prague. In 1997 he established an IT start-up company called NeTgraphic; later he became the director. He holds an economics degree from the university of VŠB-TU, Ostrava, the Czech Republic.

Kinga Novotná is working as a Sales Manager. Prior to this position from 2000 to 2006, she worked as a Project Coordination Department Director at the Slovak Republic Government Office, where she was responsible for drafting, implementation, and evaluation of EU-funded projects in the field of minority development, human rights and antidiscrimination. From 1998 to 2000 she taught English as a foreign language. She holds a degree from UKF, Nitra, the Slovak Republic and CEU, Budapest.

Dana Nemčická is employed as a trainer and business development manager. Previously, from 2004, she worked as a Director of sales and marketing department for Avec. Prior to this position, from 2001, she worked as a Sales Manager in Vitis. From 1997 she was managing the branch of multinational company Family Frost with responsibility for complex managing of work processes including logistic and HR. As a Sales Manager of Drukos, she was responsible for business activities and building relationships with VIP clients.

Jakub Jorík is employed as a Project Manager. Previously, he worked in an HR assistant position for Mobil ASK s.r.o. While studying at Comenius University in Bratislava, the Slovak Republic he was working for head hunting company as a researcher. Between 1996 and 2003 he took an active role in the Slovak national sport association.

Martina Georgievová is working as a trainer. Previously she worked as a soft skills trainer for HVB Bank a.s. In the 2004 – 2005 she worked as a manager for training and development in the insurance company Kooperativa poisťovňa. From 1999 to 2004 she worked as an incoming manager for the Greek tour-operator MAX Travel. In the years 1997-1999 she worked as area sales manager for promotion for the company Beiersdorf, where she was in charge of promo teams for the products of Nivea.

Peter Jelínek is working as a trainer. Prior to this position he worked for IMPAC Limited, Dublin, as a Chief Analyst for Europe (3 years), Unit Vice President for Central Europe (2 years) and Project Director (2 years). In 1996-1997 he worked as an Export Manager for VD Krištál, Valašská Belá, the Slovak Republic. Later on he took the Sales and Marketing Manager position at MF Radio DCA in Dubnica n/Váhom, the Slovak Republic. Moreover, he also worked as an English language teacher in Dubnica n/Váhom, the Slovak Republic. He holds a degree from a university in the UK and CU, Trenčín, the Slovak Republic.

Robert Trgiňa is working as a trainer. Previosly he worked as a Business unit manager for Rockwool international with responsibility for Czech&Slovak region. Prior to tis position he established his own company, worked as a Director of Commercial Division and Sales Director of Scholler Czech and the Slovak Republic (2004 - 2005). Also, he was in a position of an HR manager, Sales Director and Regional Manager for Nestle and the Czech Republic (1996-2004). Previously he filled the sales manager position at Tchibo.

Emil Medera is working as a trainer. Up today he is also an executive director of ArtFest, s.r.o. From 1992 to 2003 he has been working for international concern Nestlé CR&SR in Prague. He has been developing his professional experience in Nestlé Group in procurement, logistic and as well in managing of innovation and renovation processes. For three years he has been working as an export manager in Nestlé Prievidza, where he was responsible for coordination of production and fluent logistic for 17 countries of middle and east Europe. From 1991 to 1992 he has been working in USA in travel area.

Rastislav Stračina is working as a trainer. Up today he is also a Head of Živnostník agency – branch of EX Credit – consulting company for sole traders. From 2002 he was working for Profireal as a Sales director. During 2000 to 2002 period he worked as an Area Director of Home Credit. From 1998 he was Head of retail shop, where he later promoted to the position of a Director of network of electro-shops with more than 100 people employed. From 1996 to 1998 he was responsible for selling of Fiat and Lancia cars as a Head of Sales.
