Develor has been operating on the Bulgarian market since 2006. It started as a project-based partnership between Develor Hungary and TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. Both companies decided to go one step further and established Develor Bulgaria Ltd. in 2008 as a successor of TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd.
Since it was established, TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. has been delivering tailored experiences in order to catalyze and support change processes on individual and group levels. The company has expertise in skills development training programs such as Effective Teamwork, Leadership, Communication, Client Satisfaction and Customer Care. Many companies also recognize our outstanding image in the organization of Team Building and Team Spirit events. More than 20 professionals are members of the network of trainers working with Develor Bulgaria - a rich combination of education, competencies, professional experience and personality.
Develor Bulgaria Ltd. continues to be focused upon tailor-made trainings and projects. The new, larger portfolio of the company helps us measure the training results and adapt our programs towards clients’ specific business processes. Our main services are focused on sales strategy, sales teams’ development and leadership development trainings.
Key personnel
Todor Todorov is a managing partner and a Senior Trainer. He holds qualifications in group dynamics and facilitation. He is also certified as a Wilderness First Responder by WMA. He gained significant experience as a Program Manager at Outward Bound-Bulgaria amongst other management positions.
Dobrin Padalski and Boriana Diakova are our sales team. Their broad business experience in different sectors and profound experience in HR, allow Develor Bulgaria Ltd. to find result orientated training solutions for our clients.
Ralitsa Mihaylova is a Senior Trainer in the company. She has significant sales experience and banking expertise. She is in charge of trainers’ development and Develor know-how development. The main area of her responsibilities is sales development solutions.
Dobrin Enchev and Yassen Dimitrov are the driving force of our Experiential learning programs. Their outdoor experience and creativity combined with understanding of the business needs result in developing tailor-made outdoor programs.
The Safety Committee is chaired by Stefan Petrov. He has long years of experience in mountaineering and is an expert in the design of specialized equipment and climbing walls. His greatest responsibility is to make sure that all systems and tools ensure 100% safety of the participants in all types of activities.
The Bulgarian training market
The training market is at an early stage of structural development. Both demand and supply vary in wide ranges in terms of quality and know-how. Internationally recognized companies started training delivery in the early 1990s. However, their volumes and powerful influence only became significant in the last 4-5 years. Currently, several training companies operate, ranging from very small ones with the capacity of 1-2 experts, to relatively large ones, having international know-how, mostly using a franchise business model. Financial crisis in 2008 brought new challenges towards training companies. Measurable development after training and more complex services will be more important as the training budgets were cut by the companies. A big opportunity for the training budgets will be the access to EU operational programs. However, the capacity of Bulgarian administration will be a challenge to the budgets for employees’ development. In response to that trend, in 2005 and 2006 several new players, international training companies started their operations through affiliated offices or franchised organizations. TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. has its own place on the training market – it is recognized for providing top-class teamwork and communication training courses. As a result of its experience-based approach and the professional delivery that underlie all the activities, TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. has become the preferred partner for many international companies and also for a number of locally emerged businesses.
