Develor Slovenia was established in January 2007. However, the company’s predecessor has been cooperating with the mother company for years. 

Our goal is to work face-to-face with customers and develop state of the art, customized programs for our partners in a timely business moment. This is also the main reason why programs almost never remain unchanged. When undertaking a project, we devote some time to a goal setting process and then we provide substantive and applicable tools via the right training course in order to make sure that objectives are met.

At the moment, we are recruiting a professional trainer team. We feel experts in successfully formulating, improving and implementing strategies at your company. Furthermore, we help you cultivate effective relationships with your customers and co-workers. Moreover, we are geared toward improving effectiveness of skills to make life better and easier such as managing your time, and learning to learn.

Key personnel

Tadej Petek  dipl. ing. MBA, director, CPF

He graduated at the Mechanical Engineering University in Ljubljana and soon after started his own professional career as a manager and owner of a coffee shop. Later the profitable enterprise expanded into coffee wholesale and distribution in Slovenia. Then, he had a company dealing with intermediate and export business for the Slovene chemical industry. He received most of his leadership experiences as a general manager of the production company Donit Laminati. For a temporary period of time he worked as a head of production for an automobile  company called Vernar VTC manufacturing spare parts.

Currently, he is fully engaged in the Ta 5ek consulting company as a consultant and a trainer. In addition, he gives lectures in Slovenia, Russia, Hungary, Serbia and Macedonia .
