The ILD has developed a color coded and easy to understand system for understanding and applying the personality concepts of C. G. Jung.

 

The personality typology concept by Jung is described with the help of four basic colors, and their characteristics referring to individual traits, which are easy to understand and to remember. Every ability and characteristics noted by the colors are found in each person, however to different measure. The report compiled as a result of the Insights questionnaire helps determine to what extent these color energies characterize a particular person.

 

The color system of and personality typology of Insights serves as the bases of several self-discovery and communicational training at Develor.

Tests run examinations along so called normative scales and give a picture of a candidate’s situation in relation to others. Therefore, candidate results can be compared to other people’s results and to the optimum profile in the case of a job requirement. Profiles tests are able to assess various different connections and characteristics.

 


One of the greatest advantages of the Profiles professional system is the ideal profile generation. This means that it first determines the key competences and their level needed for a particular job in an objective manner and then it compares the competences of a candidate to them.
