This training provides a collection of those skills that help the participants assess their own conflicts, reflect on their own performance and self, and learn about ways of how to turn the outcome of a conflict into a constructive solution.
Participants will get to know the evolution of conflicts, their components and their usual course, as well as possible solutions and goal oriented styles, and the mode of their use through role playing real life job-related situations.
As a result of the training, participants, after selecting the key problems will be able to use such communicational tools that will evoke cooperation from the opposing party and proceed towards achieving their shared goals.
The course will deliver a number of tools, techniques and theories of conflict management, which the participants can acquire through hands-on situations.
