We invest a huge amount of energy into selecting our colleagues and into constant internal development. We also spend a lot of time on developing our products as well. Develor is the only consulting and training company in Central- and Eastern Europe that owns an international product developing department (Develor Knowledge Center). Despite the crisis, this is the field where we hired new colleagues, thus increasing their capacity.
Every two years, Develor Knowledge Center revises the existing products and completes them with the achievements of the latest research works and theories, and brush up on the exercises at the same time too. Along with developing our own services, we are constantly looking for new international products. The integration of the HRDQ program, John Ray’s assertion training package, and the Insights product package are a result of this work.
In order to preserve our market position, we also lead in product innovation. Develor’s portfolio is yearly enlarged with at least 10 new services. You may read more on the newest services in the Recommendation section.
